We are a manufacturer; all items are made to order. Trees will take longer on any order. Current estimated lead time: 4-6 weeks. We continue to experience delays in obtaining materials and supplies which impacts our lead time.
When your order is received, we do recommend you open the boxes to make sure there is no concealed damage that is acquired during shipment.
If there is a damaged item, then you must inform the shipper, as they are responsible for that damaged item.
If there is no email with photos of the damaged item submitted to Foster’s Point within 10 days, then we cannot replace or give a credit for that item.
